What is your return policy?

I want you to be happy with your selection of art work. I would love you to recommend my studio to friends and family. To that end, you may return any item back to me, regardless within 30 days. Simply pay for the item to be returned to me and I will refund your original purchase price, regardless of the reason.

Just let me know what the reason is so I can either send you a replacement or refund you the purchase price plus original shipping. I’m just one person so I feel this is a fair and reasonable policy.

Any refund will be done within 7 business days of receipt of the item(s).

Depending upon the product, I will advise you to return to my PO Box or possibly a physical address located in Kihei,HI.

What should I do if I want to return a purchase?

The first thing is to reach out to me directly, preferably by email so I can keep track of our conversation.

Provide me with information s to why you want a refund and or return/replacement. I try and respond within 24-36hrs.

Wait for my instructions as we determine the best resolution whether a return, a refund or a replacement.

Where are the majority of your pictures taken?

The majority of my photos are taken on and around Maui, Hawaii although you will see pictures from other Hawaiian islands. I also have an extensive collection from the New England area that I offer for sale on my online Etsy & eBay stores.

Are the imges for sale on this website yours ?

Yes, all of the pictures for sale are mine, copyright protected within the metadata of the image and other measures. I won’t sell any pictures other than mine.

Do you edit your images?

Yes, I edit my images in professional software to the extent I achieve the “look” I’m after regarding many facets of the raw image. I do not use AI to create pictures, add or blend layers or other pictures into one image.

Some of my photos are only slightly edited or not at all while others are modified to improve variables like texture, clarity, white light, and contrast for example.
